2.LEARN TO MEDITATE:meditation is about,spending a quite time visualising on how your goals are being achieved.its also a time to commune with your spirit Man.
3.STAY POSITIVE:each day,comes with challanges.They say when the going gets tough,only the strongest could live up,so try each day to be positive about life and its challanges.
4.BELIVE IN YOURSELF:accepting defeat about a loss you had or a failure,makes you a failure.When you learn to belive in yourself by saying "I CAN DO IT",then it means that you are picking the puzzles of your life and fixing them in it's places.
5.SET YOUR GOALS:The moment you see your self as a "victor" instead of a "victim",the goals which you have set or yet to set will be achieved.Dont see achieving a feat as a victory,see it as a starting poont for greater achievment.
6.DON'T STEP INTO SOMEONE'S SHOES:We all have our own shoes.The fact that your dad,mum,brother or sister,followed a path and achieved greatness,does not mean that that same path should be followed by you.You have your own destiny and path to greatness.Find your's.
7.VISUALIZE:Begin to see yourself as a great,talented,gifted person.Avoid the negative and negative people coming into your life,learn to do away with those who do not see anything good in you.
