SOLDIERS & WORKERS(TEAM WORK); Collective success is achieved through team work.No Company or business could have made it without a team.
Team work is always needed in a relationship,family,business and education.The ant queen do not just lay eggs but lay many eggs,bringing up a good team of soldiers,workers etc.To be a great student or business person,a team with the same motive as yours must be involved because no individual can survive alone in a business world.
The collective effort of the ants keeps the colony alive.The queen needs the soldiers to fight for the colony so as a business man needs the marketers and publicist to keep the company product alive at the market.
In our work place, a team of co-workers will always be there to lift you up.Team work is about being able to lift one up when won is down.Your family could be your team cause you need them to survive.Your relationship would be a huge success when team work is involved.Your daily activity could be a success because of the team you have,meet the right people,restrain your self from the negative poeple.Learn to conceal your intentions when involved with the mediocers.Team work is about keeping people dependant on you.Your reputation matters alot.Choose the right team.

THROUGH THE EYE OF AN ANT (PART 1)

Ants as people know are just insects, but looking at this wonderful or should I say amazing insect, they are not just insects but insects with a goal and insects to learn from.
I asked myself why must the bible tell those who do not have goals and ambitions to go to the ants and learn from it's ways and become wise.For one to be great he just have to follow the 'Ant style' like I call it.Ants have little brain's that do not match the human brain but most ants use their brain better than most humans..infact 40, 000 ants brain cell will be put together to get a human brain cell.
   To be great you need a mentor, an icon, an idol, some one you look up to, some one whose story could change your life and the ants got one i.e THE QUEEN.Thinking on how this could relate to we human's, let me break it down.
  THE QUEEN AS A LIFE BRINGER (MENTOR); To achieve something in life, there must be something or someone, who inspires you anytime, anywhere, anyday.The queen only lays egg and when they hash they learn and take care of the queen (will talk about that in the next part).Learning from an established person you call a mentor, will create a big picture in your heart to achieve greatness, but most people fail to realize that instead of them learning they want quick success.Greatness comes from accomulated success which can be achieved when you follow the right steps.Looking at the world today, they were steps that were followed by great men.Learn from those steps, read about their life,Learn from them, learn from their mistakes.
 Most people make the mistake of trying to step into great men shoes but I tell you don't step into their shoes because you have your own shoes.If u step into their shoes you end up living their dreams instead of building yours and when you fail the shoes most have been worn out.Don't try to outshine the master even Christ disciple's never tried to outshine him.
Be the originality of your true self just as no-one has the same finger print whith you.Learn from them but don't reform to their standards, set your own standards and trend, be unique in your own way.Having a mentor is just to bring out the best in you, but to achieve greatness you have to be the originality of your true self.

My future is my life
My life is my worth
My worth is my value
My value is my belief
My belief is what i know that is true.
But a dream remains a dream untill you wake up.
Don't just be a dreamer,be an achiever.
